Join Bethany Butzer as she shares her personal story of moving from a state of anxiety, depression and antidepressant dependency to creating a whole-self health revolution for herself and others around the world. This is not a step-by-step formula or a magic bullet. Rather, this is a sharing of sacred tools to help you access your truth and live your most authentic life. I recently moved to Boston to take on a position as a postdoctoral research fellow at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School, where I direct research for the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health's Institute for Extraordinary Living Yoga in the Schools program, which evaluates yoga for child and adolescent mental health.
