Excellent talk Bethany. Your suggestions are so practical and seem very much doable. I especially like your suggestion of taking mini meditation breaks as well as asking the universe for energy and guidance to better serve one's goals and purposes. Thanks for sharing!

I'm glad you enjoyed my post, Shannon! As always, you are full of wise words. Worrying about the future is often meaningless, because we can never predict how things will turn out. I absolutely love following my heart, and I wouldn't change a thing - even with my busy schedule. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for sharing this vlog Bethany! It's a great reminder for me to take a step back and try to live more in the present. I often find myself getting way to ahead of myself and thinking about the future. This never seems to be productive because many times the "future" things I am worrying about never end up happening or end up working out just as they are supposed to.
You are very busy at this time in your life, but you are creating a life you love and following your heart and that is so important!
Don't worry about not having as many blog posts, you are doing a great job!
