Confessions Of A Yogini

Are you tired of pretending to be someone you're not? Drop the façade and get unapologetic about who you really are. I'm creating a tribe of people who are brave enough to admit that we're not perfect. Join me by watching and sharing this video! In the video, I take off my mask and share some of my "dirt" with you by filming myself in action!

Thanks for sharing, Kendra! I love your list - we all have things that we need to get off our chest every once in awhile :-)

I breathed a sigh of relief after watching this video and beginning to think about my 'dirt'.
Here goes:
- I love candy. I know that it gives me cavities and has zero nutritional value, but I love it all the same.
- I use the "Mark as Unread" function in my email and Facebook when I'm just not feeling like responding to a message, regardless of who the message came from.
- I use expired bus transfers and keep my earphones in and avoid the bus driver's eyes -- I have yet to get caught.
- I round up the length of my attempts to jog - if I run for 15 minutes, I tell my partner that I ran for 30.

It's nice to get all of those things off my chest. No guilt!
